Two days in a row! Really? :D

Guess who! :D It's been an interesting week, for sure - and I'm working on next week's Let's Get Punchy! class - some great things to show you!! I hope you'll come play with us - just RSVP by Friday night.

This is another card from the Fancy Folds class; it's a center step card; the template came from fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator and INCREDIBLE artist, Connie Babbert. I highly encourage you to go check out her blog!

Anyway. As part of the class, I gave out handouts with measurements for the panels, too. :) Here are the "ingredients"!

Card stock: Marina Mist, Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue, Whisper White

Ink: Whisper White Craft, Certainly Celery, Bashful Blue

Stamp sets: Field Flowers, Blessings from Heaven, Fabulous Florets

Accessories: wide oval punch, embossing buddy, heat tool, white embossing powder, dimensionals and SNAIL

I really like this color combination; it's very soothing! So. You know I'm stampin' my heart out! How about you??? (And come stamp with me next week!)

SO many technical difficulties!!

Hey, y'all!!! WOW, is this summer not going the way I hoped it would!! Now my hard drive has crashed, and I'm working on a laptop - but most of my photos were on that hard drive. AUGH!!!! So, I'm hoping and praying that I'll get my files restored and get a slight upgrade to my tower, anyway....

We had our Fancy Folds class last week; not very many of you are showing any kind of interest in classes. Is it because of what I'm teaching? Give me some suggestions of what you'd come take a class about!!!! (Especially now; we just had to put $1000 into our car! OUCH!!!)

Here is one of the cards we did - and another I did as a thank-you for my aunt and uncle. This is a Technique Junkies card; I REALLY love it! It made me get out my circle cutter and actually LEARN to use it, which I'm really glad about. It's a GREAT tool! (We did the all-neutral card in class.) Don't forget - you can click on the photos to see them at the size I uploaded them! :)

Card stock: Chocolate Chip, River Rock, Very Vanilla

Ink: Chocolate Chip, River Rock, Versamark

Stamp sets: Sincere Salutations, Fabulous Florets, Fifth Avenue Floral, Blessings from Heaven

Accessories: Big Shot, scallop circle die, Circle Scissor Plus and Glass Mat, stampin' sponge, clear embossing powder, embossing buddy, heat tool, gold mini brads, Chantilly Crochet Trim, paper piercer and mat, Manhattan Flower Texturz Plate

And here's the second card; if you see something you don't recognize - the colors are new IN COLORS, Calypso Coral and Island Indigo - then leave me a message! :) I hope you've been inspired, even if it's a little bit. And I DO want to hear any classes you'd be interested in! Now, go stamp something! :D

I do so LOVE glitter paper! :D

Good Monday morning! I hope you had a great weekend! We had a really busy, really fun one, and this week's going to be the same. Family and friends coming and going!! :)

If you missed it, the red glitter paper is in the new Idea Book & Catalog. It's SUCH a great way to make your card pop without much work! :D

Card stock: Whisper White, Basic Black

Ink: Real Red

Stamp sets: Fabulous Florets, Fifth Avenue Floral, Fabulous Phrases (inside)

Accessories: Scallop Trim Border Punch, Decorative Label Punch, Red Glitter Paper, Flower Garden Embossing Folder (inside), Dimensionals and Snail Adhesive

I really like the embossing folder for the inside of cards! t adds a lot of punch, but subtly - if that's possible. :D

OK, I'm outta here - lots to do! But please, take the time to stamp something - I am! :D

I just love new toys.... :D

I've got to tell you, the punches make it SO easy to make fun, quick projects - between them and the Big Shot, I can make a few stamp sets look like a million! :D That TEENY TINY WISHES was one of the best investments I've made; many of the people who come to my classes have purchased it, because it's SO versatile and fits in punches well! :D

I made a card very like this one for my friend, Kathy (HI, KATHY! :D) for her birthday; this is the second project we made at the NEW IB&C OPEN HOUSE.

Card stock: Wild Wasabi, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White

Inks: Chocolate Chip, Whisper White

Stamp sets: Four Frames, Teeny Tiny Wishes, Love & Care Hostess-only set from Summer Mini

Accessories: Big Shot, Flower Garden Embossing Folder, Lace Ribbon Border Punch, Decorative Label Punch, Large Oval Punch, heat tool, embossing buddy, white embossing powder

Kathy's favorite color is green, and this is one of her favorite color combos - but I used Certainly Celery for her card. :D

OK, I'm outta here! Enjoy your weekend, and be SURE to take the time to STAMP something! :D Be BLESSED, my friends!

Batting Four for Four!

Can you believe it? :D FOUR days in a row! LOL!!! Here's some more fun NEW items!

Card stock: Whisper White, Island Indigo and Calypso Coral (Both NEW IN COLORS!)

Ink: Island Indigo, Calypso Coral

Stamp sets: Teeny Tiny Messages (I'm SO glad this one's still around!!), Four Frames, Love & Care hostess-only Summer Mini stamp set (the tiny flower)

Accessories: Clear Rhinestone Brad (center of the flower), Doily Triple Layer Punch, Lace Ribbon Border Punch, Decorative Label Punch, Big Shot, Fancy Fan Letterpress Plate, Dimensionals, 2-Way Glue Pen, and Snail Adhesive

This was one of the first cards I made when I received the new IN COLORs; I really think the Island Indigo is going to be my favorite from this year's group, but we'll see. :D (It really does remind me of the color of the water when I was in the Bahamas in January!) Again, the punches are AWESOME - the flower is two of the #3 punches on the punch. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's a three-stage punch; you choose which one you want to punch. This is the one with the most cutouts.) Four different stamps and a letterpress plate are the only inking I did!

OK, I'm outta here. :D Have a WONDERFUL day - and be SURE to take the time to STAMP SOMETHING!!!!

Good Wednesday Evening! :D

I'm not late! :D It's STILL Wednesday! :D

Tonight's share is a simple pencil holder. It's a covered can!

Card Stock: Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink, Whisper White

Ink: Chocolate Chip

Stamp Set: Greeting Card Kids

Accessories: (Although you really can't see it, it's wrapped around the covered can with a Chocolate Chip mat strip...) Just Add Cake Designer Series Paper, ticket corner punch, Dimensionals and Snail adhesive

It really is quite darling IRL! It's a fun stamp set - not new, but you haven't seen it much on here. :D It's really fun to alter everyday items to coordinate with whatever I wish!

I hope you had a wonderful day, and are having a wonderful evening. Be sure and take the time to stamp something - I have today, and I will tomorrow! :D Be blessed!

Chocolate Day!

Each year I put out the call to come celebrate chocolate! :D It's usually an inexpensive class, and a great excuse to eat chocolate. :D The spread was yummy!

We made a candy bar slider and a card! And ate chocolate. :D

Hostess Appreciation #2

I think a good time was had by all! Unfortunately, one of our hostesses got a horrible migraine that morning and couldn't come. But I love my hostesses, so much! Ladies, THANK YOU for sharing your lives with me. I can't imagine not having a single one of you in my life!

Hostess Appreciation

I know I didn't tell you very much about it this year, so here's a series of photos showing my life and studio while getting ready for it. :D

What a YEAR!!!

Slow down?!?!? What was I THINKING?!?! Goodness, it's been quite a month! And tomorrow's New Year's Eve!! And Monday, I leave on a cruise for the Bahamas! AUGH! ::Slowing breathing:::
:D

SO. I will say HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!! I'm SO grateful for all of you who have lived this year with me, who encourage me, who make me laugh AND cry. You are blessings, each and every one of you, and I appreciate you, SO much.

I am going to TRY and get up a Show-&-Tell for the time I'm gone. No explanations, no recipes, just a project each day. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments, so I have something to write about when I come home! :D

This year we're going to try classes in a different way; if you're on my newsletter list, I'll be sending out the explanation of January's, which will be on JANUARY 22, in the afternoon. I hope you'll plan to come stamp with me!

Also, Sale-a-Bration starts JANUARY 25!!!! Stampin' Up! had some issues with their mailing selector, so I have to hand-send every mini for both Occasions and SAB. If you want one of each, PLEASE let me know - and I'll be having a drop-in mini open house when I get home, so you can pick them up and save me a stamp and envelope. :D

OK. Time to get started scheduling these posts! I hope you like what you see! :D Here's to 2011: blessings beyond measure, stronger faith in God's love for each of us, and the strength to walk that out!

Cake ball on a stick! :D

Hey, y'all! Another quick post - it doesn't need to be very long! :D This is from our GIFTS FROM THE ♥ class. It's a cake ball on a stick, coated with white chocolate and gingerbread person sprinkles, and then packaged quite cutely. :D

I really love the GOT TREATS stamp set that this little saying is from. :) It's a great set, even if you don't have the mini milk carton die it's created to go with!

OK, I'm outta here. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me! :D

Have a WONDERFUL day, and be SURE to take the time to STAMP something!

Fancy Favors Box, Take One! :D

Yes, we used the Fancy Favors die again for the GIFTS FROM THE ♥ class:

And we punched windows on both large sides; the other smaller side has the to-from stamp from the same set, SWEET SEASON, on it.

This is Rich Razzleberry and gold; isn't it PRETTY? I told the ladies I thought it would be fantastic to give full of Ferrero Rocher chocolates! Wouldn't YOU like to get that? I know I would.... :D

TODAY IS THE LAST DAY FOR THE INCREDIBLE ONLINE ORDERING SPECIAL! (Scroll down if you need a link!) Take advantage of the INCREDIBLE specials going on! HURRY~! It's also the last day of the fantabulous sign-up special. I'd love to have you on my team! :)

OK, gotta run. LOADS of decorating to do! :D But rest assured: I'm making the time to stamp. Are YOU? :D Only 25 days until Christmas!!!!

Fancy Favors - times TWO!

Here's another quick share from the GIFTS FROM THE ♥ class!
And YES, it's made with two dies cut from the Fancy Favors box die. It's one of my favorite dies - it's REALLY versatile! And of COURSE, we all know I ♥ My Big Shot! (Seriously. I need a bumper sticker!)

Colors are Certainly Celery and Melon Mambo. The "Season's Greetings" is from Many Merry Messages.

Let me know if you try this one - it would hold a couple dozen cookies, or be a great napkin holder, or or or! :D

OK, I'm outta here - have to work on more Christmas cards! :) Have a WONDERFUL evening, and be SURE to take the time to STAMP something! Christmas will be here SOOOOOOO SOON! WOO, HOOOOOOOOO! :D

It's the most wonderful time of the year! :D

Hello, dear friends! How was your Thanksgiving? Did you enjoy time with friends and family? Did you take the time to make memories? Don't forget to journal anything you might want to remember - especially if you're gong to scrapbook your day. :)

OK, on to today's share! This was one of the projects from GIFTS FROM THE ♥ this year. We filled the tin with a heritage candy recipe of my grandmother's, peanut butter potato candy, and then made the belly band for the tin. I think it's really pretty!

Those are the sparkle brads from the Holiday Mini! The ink was actually a bit darker on the "homemade and to die for" stamp, but that's the way it turned out in the photo. Oh, well. :D

OK, I'm outta here - cleaning and decorating today, with the cleaning being a necessarily huge (and EVIL!) job. ;)

Enjoy your weekend, my friends! Don't forget to take the time to STAMP something - Christmas is only 29 days away!
