Congratulations to ME - and that means a chance to WIN for you!!! :D

Hi, y'all! :) If you're not local, you probably thought I dropped off the face of the earth. Sorry. Health, time, and yadda yadda. :D

So! Since I last posted, I celebrated my 15th anniversary with Stampin' Up! Yea, me!

But that's not what the congratulations is all about - last month, I passed a milestone with Stampin' Up! - one that has some benefit with it: I have lifetime sales of over $100,000.

Yes, a lot of it has come out of my own pocket - I keep buying new toys, even if I'm not inspired at the moment. :D But I also really love our products, and I love bundling products to save money. So I get them, and I look at them, and I share them, and tine I finally try them out. :D

ANYWAY. I'm sure that's not why you are reading this post. I'm SURE you want to know where the winning part comes in... :)

I didn't reach that sales goal by myself. YOU have helped me reach it. And I am SO blessed - if you've ever stamped with me, attempted to stamp with me :D, or purchase from me to stamp on your own - to have you in my life. Even if only virtually.

SO. Here's the winning part:

I AM GIVING AWAY TWO (2) $25 GIFT CERTIFICATES and a grand prize $50 GIFT CERTIFICATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are the rules:
1. You enter by leaving a comment on THIS post. It has to make sense.
2. You may enter DAILY from now until MIDNIGHT CST on 10/25/2016. Each comment MUST be different.
3. You may place an order through my business site (CLICK HERE to go!) for an extra FIVE entries for every $50 in merchandise you purchase.
4. You may schedule a party/place a party order (Sorry, November hostess, you don't get this benefit) between now and MIDNIGHT CST on 10/25/2016 for an extra 20 entries.
5. I will use a random generator online to choose our three winners.
6. I will also be giving my dedicated customers and hostesses bonus entries without their having to do anything, as long as they've ordered/hosted in the past year. THIS IS AT MY DISCRETION!!!!

So! Anyone is welcome to order; share if you wish! I hope to have a new card or something to share soon - but we're about to go on a trip. :) That's why you get TWO weeks to enter!

Thank you for being faithful, and for sticking around! :)

Have a WONDERFUL day! Make sure to mate the time to stamp SOMEthing!

Occasions Mini

Good morning! Goodness, creating something for you today has been difficult! :D I'm sure you don't want to see anything Christmas - although you haven't come CLOSE to seeing everything we created last year! :D And every time I tried to start a card, I'd think, "This is a great design for an upcoming class!"

SO! :D You're getting this mini treat: it's the new mini milk carton die from the Occasions Mini!

Isn't it cute?!?!? The way the photo's showing up on my screen, it's the EXACT size of the milk carton! :) I put 8 Hershey's Kisses in it, but you could do more. So, I guess, it's more of a milk CHOCOLATE carton! :D

The card stock is Melon Mambo, because I happened to have a sheet of it out. :D The DSP is also from the Occasions Mini, SENDING LOVE (item #117153). It's got glitter embossed on one side of each two-sided design! Glitter is SO hard to see on scans and pictures - it's FRUSTRATING! On this strip, it's on the top partial flowers, every other one. Can you see it? I LOVE this paper! And for those of you who don't like glitter (you KNOW who you are!:D), it doesn't come off, no matter how hard you rub your hand across it. There's some really fun, girlie paper here, moms!!!

The clip on top is to hold the box closed; I didn't seal it like a normal carton, because then you couldn't get the treats out! :) Those clips are from the Idea Book & Catalog, and are absolutely PERFECT for this use!!! (Overlooked them? They're on page 179!

OK, I'm off - I have a Hostess Club party tomorrow night, and I can't WAIT to show them what we're going to do - but I also have to clean up the studio, and put the new plastic covering on the table. :D I don't wanna! I want to PLAY - but playing sure makes messes.... :D

Have a wonderful day! Be sure to take the time to STAMP something!!!!! And don't forget to leave me a comment on yesterday's post to enter to win BLOG CANDY!!!

What a GLORIOUS Friday Afternoon!

Can you believe this weather, those of you in Middle Tennessee???? WOW, it's so glorious out! And I'm stuck in my studio! LOL! I'm working on the Hostess Appreciation Luncheon invitations; it's going to be a wonderful luncheon - and it's not too late to have YOUR party, so YOU can be invited, too! :) Just call or email me, and let's get you scheduled!

LAST CALL to enter the blog candy giveaway! Scroll down to Monday's entry to find out how to enter several times; for a $25 gift certificate, it's definitely worth it! :D

Now, on to today's card. Since I OBVIOUSLY can't show you what I'm working on :D, I decided to take a break and do another challenge card. This challenge is from Gretchen Barron, who is an INCREDIBLY gifted and GIVING demonstrator. She's a real hero in my opinion, helping to start a relief group for demonstrators who have been devastated by catastrophe.

It was a sketch challenge, and I followed it pretty closely. :D

Card stocks: Real Red, Chocolate Chip, More Mustard, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White

Ink: Ruby Red, Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Pie, More Mustard, Creamy Caramel

Stamp sets: Defining Alpha, Pendant Park

Accessories: sponge, brayer, Big Shot - I LOVE MY BIG SHOT!!!!, Top Note die, craft knife, paper trimmer, bone folder, leaves #2 die

This was a fun break! Now, back to the invitations! :D

Have a WONDERFUL weekend! I hope you'll take the time to enjoy your friends and family, but take a little time to STAMP SOMETHING, too! :D

AMY BAYLISS! Congratulations, Amy! I'll wait for your email to poohisstampin@aol.com to confirm and send!!

I generated the winner with random.org; it was difficult to make myself do it that way. Those of you who are my close friends, know I would have picked each one of you if it was fair! LOL!!!!!!!!!

BE BLESSED, dear friends. Tomorrow's the open house, so I need to fly! I hope you're stopping by if you're local!!!!

ONE more day to enter!!!

If you haven't entered the blog giveaway yet, go to THIS POST and read about it!

Today's share is a tag I made the exact same way I made the card front with the tree on THIS POST. Have I said how much I love my Big Shot lately? :D

This is the scallop circle die, with one scallop of Garden Green cut into graduated pieces; the top one has six scallops, the next has seven, and the bottom has eight. I inked the point and all the scallop sides with white craft ink, to look a little snowy. :) Then I stuck them together, added a Chocolate Chip rectangle for a trunk, and punched a large oval from Very Vanilla. The "to from" stamp is from the Country Living Holiday Collection (I hope the link works - email me if it doesn't!)- a GREAT bargain, I'm telling you! - stamped in Ruby Red. I punched a 1/8" hole in the top, and used the gold cord from the Holiday Mini to string it. (Again, email me if the link doesn't work!)

OK, I need to run. It's Open House weekend!! :) If you're in the area, I'd LOVE to have you come visit me! It's Sunday afternoon from 3 - 5! Email me for directions!

Have a WONDERFUL day!! BE BLESSED! And for Pete's sake, STAMP SOMETHING!!!!!!!!

Happy Tuesday! :D

How are you today??? Have you been stamping? I'll tell you WHAT, there's a whole lot of that going on around here! :D
I wanted to share this single page scrapbook LO with you. It was a difficult picture to scrap, because of the memories that go with it, but I wanted to make sure the photo was preserved.
ANYWAY. What I wanted to show you was the border, the curliques, and the "friends"; they're ALL from Stampin' Up!'s new RUB-ONS! These are from the CHERISHED MEMORIES set - and they make scrapping SO easy!!! We've used them a lot in my scrapping classes; we did last night, as a matter of fact - and I'll be showing you THOSE photos, too.
I wanted to stick with a simple page, but I also wanted something to dress it up a bit - and I think these rub-ons are perfect. I bet you'd love them, too - card embellishments are a cinch, too! The card stock is Night of Navy, with Pretty In Pink behind the photo. I wrote my journaling with my white gel pen - LOVE that pen!
I'm outta here - more work to do! :) Be sure and enter the BLOG CANDY GIVEAWAY, on this post only!!! And take some time to STAMP something - then bless someone else with it!! :)

Keep those comments coming!! :D

I'm SO loving the comments you're leaving on why you love my blog. :D You really, really want that blog candy, don't you! :D If you haven't entered yet, please do - but you HAVE to do it on THIS POST. You've got a few more days. I'm going to keep going back and reading the comments, though, because you're making my head swell. LOL!!!!

Anyway. Back to showing you what we've been doing around here! This was from Saturday's class, SCRAPBOOK IN A TIN. We took DVD tins, and put accordian-folded inserts inside that we'd decorated, and decorated the front and back of the outside with covers - this is the front. The back doesn't have the pink and/or white parts. :)

This is Buckaroo Blue, stamped with Not Quite Navy, and then the embossing is done with VersaMark and White EP. The flowers are all from that level 3 hostess set Stampin' Up! gave us for Christmas, TIME WELL SPENT. The "celebrate" is from CELEBRATE EVERYTHING, and the "friendship" is from WONDERFUL WORDS. We used the 1/2". 3/4" and 1" circle punches to do the flower center, and the colors are Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, and Purely Pomegranate. the "friendship" piece is also notched with the ticket corner punch. Here's the inside - we obviously corner-rounded all the photo mats, too - I was in a hurry when I did the example. :D I'm going to go back and round the ones I didn't do already....

The inside is stamped with the polka dot stamp from POLKA DOTS & PAISLEY, and the words are "good times" and "friendship" from CELEBRATE EVERYTHING. We used LOTS of Sticky Strip for this project - the last page is adhered to the inside of the tin, but you could leave it undone, if you wanted to be able to take the whole think out. There's a ribbon loop on the front page - which is decorated on both sides - so you can pull the accordian open easily. This will sit up on a desk or other flat surface, or can be folded up to fit into a drawer or purse, etc.

We had a LOT of fun; one of the ladies did hers and wanted green instead of the blue, so I gave her Green Galore - it was REALLY pretty, and very springy looking. :)

If you try this one, please let me know how it goes!! It's pretty, and a lot of fun - great for gifts, too! :) And for goodness' sakes, TAKE THE TIME TO STAMP SOMETHING!!!
