Good Friday Morning! Are you having a great day? Do you have big plans for this weekend? It's going to be GLORIOUS weather here in middle Tennessee. The trees are lovely, the sun is shining, and the sky has been truly BLUE. :)

Today's card is one I designed especially for you. I wanted to do something to show you how the new Illuminate pad works. I made sure my music staff roller was completely cleaned off, then inked it up in the Illuminate pad and rolled it on that Midnight Muse. Think Frost White Shimmer Paint meets VersaMark - it's a soft, shimmery white. It didn't quite have enough sparkle for me, though, so I used a spritzer with alcohol and Frost White Shimmer Paint in it to add just a bit more shimmer.

NOTE: That "tidings of comfort & joy" is from the WORD PLAY set, which is one of the stamp sets that Stampin' Up! is selling per stamp right now. It's such a fun stamp set! If you don't have a lot of money to invest in the whole set, I'd highly recommend taking a look at getting a few of the stamps from it while you can get them "piecemeal". :)

That hardest part of anything I use it on is waiting for Dazzling Delights (or Crystal Effects!!!) to dry without putting my finger into it. :D
