Welcome to MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome back!! Did you have a good weekend?? Did you enjoy the blog tour?? I certainly hope so - I LOVE having people look at my blog, and I enjoyed going to all the links and seeing the great samples!

Today, as promised, I have another sample to show you with the SIMPLE FRIENDSHIP stamp set, and a clickable list of links to the photos of projects I've already showed. If you are a regular visitor, you'll probably get bored with the list of projects. :D But be sure to read along, anyway, and enter to win the SURPRISE BLOG CANDY!! By the way, you'll also want to be sure and visit here on JUNE 1 for my THIRD ANNUAL BIRTHDAY CARD CONTEST!!! I can't believe it's already been a year since the last. ;)

Anyway! Here we go!

This the MATCHBOOK DIE that is in the OCCASIONS MINI - you can click the link to the right to download it for yourself! I love this little box; it's the PERFECT size for four Hershey's nuggets, or a multitude of other things!

These use a mixture of RIDING HOOD RED, CANDY LANE, and BELLA ROSE Designer Series Paper. (Those are three of my faves from the current IB&C!) That glorious ribbon is the organza ribbon from the IB&C. It's very luxurious! The base of both boxes is Riding Hood Red card stock.

The saying on the label is from - what else?? :D - SIMPLE FRIENDSHIP. I really like the simplicity of these boxes! I let the DSP and the ribbon do all the decorating work, and used ONE stamp. :)

If you'd like to continue looking at previous projects I've shared, please click on the following links. It will ONLY take you to their photos; you'll have to browse the last month's entries to find out details. :)

CLICK HERE for an Advanced Techniques card.

CLICK HERE for a pretty pink birthday card.

CLICK HERE for what I think is my favorite card I've designed with this set!

CLICK HERE for a great Real Red card.

Woah, that's a LOT of reading today! :D I hope you've enjoyed the SIMPLE FRIENDSHIP samples you've seen here. I'd love to see anything you do with it!

Now, for the BLOG CANDY! :D Enter by Friday, May 22, at midnight; tell me what your favorite sample you've looked at ON MY BLOG! is. And why is always good! :) Over the weekend, I'll use random.org to pick one of you to WIN! (I hope you'll keep coming back, anyway....:D)

OK! Now it's YOUR turn to talk! And then, PLEASE, go take the time to STAMP SOMETHING!!!!!!

Hello Lori!

Love the matchboxes that you made. I really enjoyed the blog tour. My favorite sample on your blog would have to be the card with the butterly that has the hat pin body from the pretties kit. It's beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing your creations and for the chance to win:)

I had a great time on the tour. I enjoyed your yellow sample of your "fave" card. Mine too! So soft and pretty and I like the eyelet punches on the side.

I had an awesome time riding the bus stop to stop. My fave card is the advanced tech one. Love that butterfly and all the scalloped layers. It just made me smile! dar

Hi Lori,

Favorite blog sample...are you nuts...they're all lovely. Talk about setting an impossible candy challenge - LoL! Have to say though I really enjoyed the Bunny Bonanza from March. The brayer technique adds a punch (oops sorry I couldn't resist :D). Two bunnies looking at the stars (snow, bugs, whatever) and forgetting to eat the carrots piled up on the side. Really felt that one in my soul.

Now I'll have to take some time to come back and work my way back through all your archives. I've already added several links to my list to do and share. I'm betting you see some visitors from my newsletter with cool links that end up staying awhile.

Thanks for sharing the creativity and inspiration and working so hard to make the various tours you've been a part of a success.

Hugs and blessings from a sister demo - Jean (from Southern Oregon)

I'm all about that butterfly card! It just speaks to me. I also love the 5th Ave flowers cards, especially the one with the silver glitter. I wasn't going to buy that set but you make it hard to resist!

Hi Lori -- I love your samples. I love that they are totally cute, yet something I could do without too much time or frustration. I have 2 favorites -- hope that's OK. I love the box. I've made something similar before as a little favor and it was a big hit, and the match box is a fun variation of that. I also love the real red card -- I love the color combination and the friend stamp is one of my favorites. Thanks for the great ideas. Katie

Great cards for the tour; this set is quickly growing on me. My fav with that set is the soft yellow one with the fancy brad on the side. I also like the Mothers day card with the cut out flower for the "0" in Mom. Thanks for sharing. jmniffer

Hi Lori! I'm having a little trouble picking a fave since I love all your watercolor roses from the 5th avenue set! I still think that my favorite cards are probably the monochromatic cards showcasing a simple layout and the designer paper though! TFS!

Hi - and thanks for all the great ideas you post on your blog! It's hard to pick a favourite, but I do love the barely banana Fifth Avenue birthday card you posted May 11- love the color, and the card just looks so classy! I had to order the fifth ave. stamp set and more vellum after seeing this card! Thanks too for offering the "candy"!!
I'll be back often!
