Phew. There's nothing like your OWN computer - glitches and curses notwithstanding. :D THANK YOU for your patience, and I'm SO glad you're back with me! :)
Today, I'm going to show you FOUR cards: the first two are from the Advanced Techniques class last month (both techniques are from TECHNIQUE JUNKIES!), and the second two are more ideas for that Medallion background stamp that Tory won for my Annual Birthday Card Contest. :)
So! On with the show!
Isn't it PRETTY? This one's called FOSSIL STONE.
Card stocks: Creamy Caramel, Chocolate Chip, Glossy White
Inks: Jet Black Stazon, Creamy Caramel, Ruby Red
Stamp set: Autumn Days
Accessories: sponge, and one other that I can't tell! :)
I really like this card; I didn't know I was going to lay it out this way, so the second time I did this card, the wheat was offset to the left just a bit more, so it showed. I really like this card!
I LOVE this card, too. It's called POLLOCK Technique.
Card stocks: Very Vanilla, Pale Plum, Perfect Plum, Always Artichoke, Watercolor paper
Inks: Pale Plum, Perfect Plum, Certainly Celery, Always Artichoke, Mellow Moss
Stamp set: A Rose is a Rose
That's all there is to it! Cool, no?? :D
This is the card Tory sent me to thank me for her prize - her very FIRST card made with it! (I'm gonna guess at the supplies, but I think I'm pretty close...:D)
Card stock: So Saffron, Whisper White
Ink: Close to Cocoa, So Saffron
Stamp set: Medallion background, not sure if the THANKS stamp is SU! or not....
Accessories: Gold Brad, paper snips, punch
Thank you, Tory. It's a great card, and will go on the Inspiration Station proudly!
Now, this last card uses a retired stamp set - I REALLY need to get another bride & groom!!! But I LOVE this card - and it was a HUGE hit!!!!! :D
Card stock: Very Vanilla, Basic Black
Ink: Basic Black
Stamp set: Medallion Background stamp set, Teeny Tiny Wishes, Life's Special Moments (Retired)
Accessories: Word window punch, modern label punch, double rectangle punch, dimensionals (The ribbon is from her invitation; I just used the extra, so the invite still has ribbon. :D)
Her wedding invitation had a pattern down the side of it that reminded me of the flairs on the outside of the medallion stamp. I masked off that inch or so, and only inked up the top flairs. It worked pretty well! :D
So, tell me what you think about it!! Or about ANY of the cards; I'm thrilled to have so many of you coming back. :) I LOVE my readers and customers; some of you are my best friends, and I'm SO grateful for you!
If you need any information about placing an order or becoming a demo - don't forget! There's a GREAT special going on right now to join for only $85!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - please call or email me! My contact info's in the side bar, if you ever need me!!!
Now, go STAMP something! :D I'm waiting.... :D Have a wonderful blessed day!!!
