I can't believe how time flies when you have entirely too much to do. LOL! Here it is, Monday morning after a holiday, and my week is totally snowballing - I'm baking all day today and tomorrow, friends arrive Wednesday, and the Christmas Open House is Sunday!!! If you're in the Middle Tennessee area, I really hope you'll stop by. It's Sunday afternoon, from 3-5 - it's a just-drop-in kind of thing. Most of our friends make it a must-do annual event now. :D COME HUNGRY. :D
OK. Today's show is from October's Scrapbooking class!
I hate my scanner, but there you go. :::sigh::: Anyway; the Real Red border does, indeed, finish off the right-hand side as well. :)
Card stock: Real Red, Whisper White
Stamp set: Christmas Punch (Level 2 hostess-only stamp set! Book your party, or place your BIG order today! :D There are some great specials....)
Accessories: Soft Suede Stampin' Write Marker, large oval punch, dimensionals, paper snips, Cocoa Specialty Paper
Using a specialty DSP like this one makes pages SO easy - this is a 6"x6" layout, so I cut my 12" square into four pieces, and used the big flocked medallion as one of the pages. I think it's BEAUTIFUL! :D
OK, I'm off to finishe the batch of chocolate chip cookies I just started and walked away from. :D Have a wonderful day - and be SURE to take the time to stamp something! :D

Happy Ninth Week of Christmas!
Is time FLYING, or is it just me?!?!? With Thanksgiving this late again, it's only four short weeks until Christmas Day! I hope the emails are helping you get some great ideas!
This one is actually my mom's suggestion - and it turned out so awesome! LOL!
Have a WONDERFUL weekend! I'm SO grateful for YOU!!! :)
Time to start baking for next Sunday's Christmas Open House! But I'll be taking the time to stamp something - I hope you will, too! :)

Yes, it's the day before Thanksgiving...
but I'm showing you something for Christmas. SHOCK, huh. :D I promise, tomorrow is a Thanksgiving something - and a little contest for some lucky early bird! But that's tomorrow. :D
Here's today's share!
It's a tea towel that we stamped with craft inks, then heat set to make permanent! You could give this one as a gift - the tea towel as a tea towel, or use it as a basket liner. Right now, it's draped over a display like a shelp runner in the Inspiration Station! :) The tea towels are VERY inexpensive. I used the snowflake from BERRY CHRISTMAS and the "Season's Greetings" from MANY MERRY MESSAGES. The snowflakes WOULD have been one of our beautiful blues, if I'd thought ahead enough. But I didn't, so they're Chocolate Chip. :D
The words are in Real Red craft ink. After we stamped all the way around, we flipped the towel over and ironed on the back side with a hot, dry iron to set the ink. SUPER easy, great gift, and fun to do! What MORE could you ask as a day-before-Thanksgiving idea? :D
Have a WONDERFUL day! I hope you're taking time to ENJOY yourself! Are you stamping your placecards for the table? Me, either. :D It's all I can do to find a CHAIR for everyone who will be here! LOL! BE BLESSED!

Time is FLYING! So, straight to the show - I know you're busy, too! :D

Ink: Green Galore, Real Red
Stamp sets: Berry Christmas, Many Merry Messages (inside)
Accessories: Big Shot (You can say it, too! I LOVE MY BIG SHOT! :D), Petals-a-Plenty Texturz folder, dimensionals
SO easy!!! So simple, but so RIGHT. :)
OK, I'm off - more to knock off my to-do list! :D PLEASE, though, take the time to STAMP something!! :)

Happy Monday!
Greetings! I hope you had a good weekend! I did - but it seems to have FLOWN by! This is going to be a SHORT week, too, with family and Thanksgiving and my Holiday Shopping Extravaganza on Friday from 10-4; if you'd like more information or directions, please email or call me!
Now, on with the show - I've got to figure out what I want to show you this week for the TWELVE WEEKS OF CHRISTMAS!!! :D
This was one of our CHRISTMAS CARD CLASS TRIO cards. Everyone just LOVES Dasher; if you haven't purchased him, or are wondering where on earth we found him, look at the last page of your Idea Book! It's a "$10 or less!" page, and he's SO worth it! His item number is 116816, if you want to order him. :)
Card stock: Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, Real Red
Ink: Chocolate Chip
Stamp sets: Teeny Tiny Wishes ("Merry Christmas"), Dasher, Many Merry Messages (inside)
Accessories: Real Red Stampin' Write Marker, Real Red Polka Dot Grosgrain Ribbon, Merry Moments DSP, Stampin' Dimensionals
Super easy, great classic Christmas card. :)
OK, I'm off! I've got five pies and a cheesecake and Chex mix and more candy and and and to do before Wednesday noon! PLUS a 12 Weeks design! Calgon, take me away....!!! :D
Have a WONDERFUL day! Don't forget to take the time to STAMP something!

Week SEVEN of the Twelve Weeks of Christmas!
I think. Or is it the eighth? LOL!
ANYWAY. This week's item uses MY DIGITAL STUDIO, but it's EASILY convertible to using stamps and ink - and I change my themes on the clock in the studio often! :D
It was a LOT of fun to do this project, and it's really cool in real life.
Enjoy the email! :) If you have questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Enjoy your weekend! Christmas is coming FAST - I hope you're looking forward to Thanksgiving with your family! :) But don't forget to take the time to STAMP something, too...!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here!
I spent a lot of the day yesterday decorating our den. It looks AWESOME! I still have some stuff to do in our bedroom, and a bit in the hallway - but I stopped in the afternoon. I can only "fluff" so many trees in one day! :D
ANYWAY. Today's share is a no-layer Christmas card, very simple and unusual, IMHO... :D
This is a card we did at two of the parties here last week. SO super-easy, and I think it encouraged everyone to think outside the box a bit!
Card stock: Whisper White
Ink: Real Red, Creamy Caramel, Close to Cocoa, Chocolate Chip
Stamp sets: Teeny Tiny Wishes, Medallion, Many Merry Messages (inside)
Accessories: Stampin' Sponge, Dauber
One of the girls told me that she's pretty sure this will be some of her Christmas card design this year; her son is at the age where he won't leave her alone! :D (I'm thinking he's about 18 months, but I'm probably a little young on my guesstimate. LOL!)
There are several things you could do to dress this up or down - but I love sharing cards at parties that are SIP! That's stamps, ink, and paper! :D
OK, time to go get started on tomorrow's TWELVE WEEKS email! :) Have a WONDERFUL day - and PLEASE, take the time to stamp something! :) (P.S. Thank you to those brave women who leave me comments!!! I so appreciate you! :D)

It's WEDNESDAY!
Good morning! How are you today? Are you having a good week? I really hope so! :)
Today's share is a box I did with two party groups last week. It's a really cute box - I hope you think so, too. ;D
Card stock: Brocade Blue, Whisper White, Close to Cocoa, Basic Black
Ink: Whisper White Craft, Brocade Blue
Stamp set: Christmas Punch (Level 2 Hostess-Only Set!)
Accessories: 1/2" circle punch, 3/4" circle punch, 1" circle punch, curly label punch, Iridescent Ice embossing powder, embossing buddy, heat tool, snowflake punch, Basic Black and Dusty Durango Stampin' Write Markers, dimensionals, Big Shot (All together, now: I LOVE MY BIG SHOT!!!!!!!!!! :D), box#2 die, Extended cutting pads
I've got to tell you: I love this box die. It's SO versatile! It's fun to add punch art to ANYTHING, and what better than a snowman? :D (I love snowmen, in case you were wondering.... :D)
OK. Time to get to work! I hope you have a WONDERFUL day, and that you'll take the time to STAMP SOMETHING - and perhaps leave me a comment. I'm lonely again! :D

Hit-n-Run Post! :D
BUSY day! It's the last day of my Bible study, and tonight is our Designer Gift Box & Cards class. Phew! :)
Today's share is neither fall OR Christmas - it's SPRING! :D
It's a 2-page 6"x6" scrapbook layout from last month's class. All punches and Big Shot dies, no stamping! But SO fun!
The center of the daisy is done with the 1-3/4" circle punch, punched on a square corner so we didn't have to cut it. :D The petals are the large oval punch.
The scallop circles and the butterfly are both dies with the Big Shot - soooooo easy, and the page is DONE. The hardest part for me was making sure the lines ran the correct way on the butterfly DSP! LOL! It's meant to journal on, but it's a cute page embellishment anyway!
OK, I'm off! Lots of stampin' going on here - I hope you're taking the time to STAMP SOMETHING, too!!

Oh, goodness, it IS Monday again, isn't it! :D
So sorry I didn't get to you first thing this morning - it's been an interesting day! Kenn started home, but had a few difficulties with SNOW, so he's going to stay one more day and then come home the more southern route. :)
ANYWAY. I'm sure some of you couldn't care less about my personal life! LOL! On with the show!
Isn't he cute?!?! It's a gingerbear! :D We put two together, mirror-image of each other, so that the hands could remain open to hold a gift. The brads have been dipped in Real Red craft ink, then into clear embossing powder and heated. The "rickrack" at his cuffs is made with the scallop edge punch; the one at his neck is, of course, the scallop circle punch.
If you haven't gotten the Build-a-Bear dies yet, or even one of the stamp sets from the Holiday Mini, what are you waiting for??? :) Even if you ONLY get the die to run through your Big Shot - don't you LOVE your Big Shot?? I do! :D - it's REALLY fun and versatile! I bet you'll find LOTS of things to do with it! Let me know when you do, so I can OOOH and AAAH with you! :D
OK, gotta jet. We're getting ready for the Thanksgiving mob, PLUS I still ahve two more classes to do! :D Be SURE and take the time to STAMP SOMETHING - especially for a GIFT! :)

Week 7 of the Twelve Weeks of Christmas!
Good Friday Morning! Have you been watching my countdown Christmas tree in the right-hand margin of this page?!?! It's only 42 days until Christmas!
This week, I had a lot of fun with designing this card to share with you. :) I hope you enjoy the email, telling all about it!
Have a WONDERFUL weekend! I hope you take some time to plan - Christmas WILL be here, faster than you think! :D Ho, ho, ho!!!
And, of course, take the time to STAMP SOMETHING! :D See you Monday!

Thursday already!
Goodness, the week is flying by! I hope you're having a GREAT one! Two weeks from TODAY is Thanksgiving, and then it's just a few weeks until Christmas! Tomorrow is Week SEVEN of our Twelve Weeks! It's coming closer and closer!
Today's share is another scrapbook 6x6 layout; it would be very easy to convert into either a 8.5"x11" OR a 12"x12" layout.
Card stock: Old Olive, Ruby Red, Very Vanilla
Ink: Old Olive and Ruby Red Stampin' Write Markers
Stamp set: Autumn Days
I really enjoyed doing this layout; there's something very peaceful about the color combination and the stamp we used.
OK, I'm off to work on tomorrow's project! I hope you have a WONDERFUL day - and please, for YOUR sake, take the time to STAMP SOMETHING! :D

Santa's Comin' to Town!
It's Wednesday! How's your week going? Are you enjoying what you're doing? I hope so, since you're currently reading my blog.... LOL!!
Today's share is from the Christmas Stamp Camp last month. We had a GREAT time, and this was THE hit!
He is shamelessly CASEd from Carrie's blog!! The moment I saw him on her blog, I KNEW we were going to do them for the stamp camp! I just LOVE him!
She gives you great instructions on her blog, so be sure to visit - and let her know how cute he is! :D
The ric-rac? You make it with your scallop edge punch. We used that for another project, too, so you'll be seeing it soon. :)
Have a WONDERFUL day - and take the time to STAMP something! Try one of these Santas! Don't have the matchbox die? I can help! :D Go here, and click on SHOP NOW; it's the matchbox die, exclusive to SU!

Altered Gift Card Tin
Good morning! :) I hope you're having a great week so far, getting lots accomplished and loving life!
I promised I'd blog about the second Hostess Appreciation Luncheon project today, so here it is.
Something I forgot to mention is that, at the luncheon, we do projects I will NOT teach anywhere else. So, the templates for the table favors, the organization idea, and the fun project - we won't do them ANYWHERE ELSE, ever. They're exclusive to my luncheon! :)
OK. So, this is the outside of the tin. When you open it, it looks like this:
Pretty cool, huh!
The tins are ones that Stampin' Up! has in the clearance section; you can go here and click on SHOP NOW, then on the clearance link on the left side of that page! The tins are 99 cents, only while supplies last - and be sure you shop around a bit, because you don't want to get bitten with the shipping! :)
OK. The designer series paper around the outside of the tin is the Cocoa Specialty Paper from the HOLIDAY MINI. It's AWESOME paper!!!! It's also tied with our Real Red 1/4" grosgrain ribbon.
The inside is Soft Suede (IN COLOR) and Real Red card stock, with Whisper White ribbon, craft ink and white embossing powder. The stamps on the left side are from MANY MERRY MESSAGES, and the one on the gift card holder is from CHRISTMAS PUNCH, the Level 2 Hostess-Only set this year that seems to be the most popular! (We use it ALL the time around here!!)
Besides the Embossing Buddy and heat tool, the only other things we used were the corner rounder and slit punch. Well, adhesive and a stapler, but that's it! It's an easy project, very WOW - and easy to pass along every Christmas! :D
OK, that's it for today! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me! ;) And be sure to take the time to STAMP SOMETHING!!!

Hostess Appreciation Luncheon
Good morning! :) How are you??? Did you have a good weekend? I did, but BOY, was it busy! And this week - well, I'm committed to enjoying every moment of the busyness, and then rejoicing when it's over. :D
But today, I want to share some details from the Hostess Appreciation Luncheon with you. If you've never attended, it's really easy to get your invitation! All you have to do is be a hostess. You are encouraged to have your party here - so you don't have to clean up, and I don't have to pack! :D - but there are all SORTS of ways to host a party! Contact me to set yours up - the slate has been wiped clean, and the next party is in October 2010! :D
OK, on with the share. :)
(Sheesh! This thing is taking forever - too much going on! LOL!)
SO! LOTS of preparation for this, every year - I treat my hostesses right. :D I make lunch from scratch; this year, it was a full turkey dinner. On the menu:
--turkey (DUH! :D)
--dressing
--mashed potatoes
--gravy
--peas
--squash
--cranberry salad
--corn spoon bread
--Ooey Gooey Caramel Cake
With my going to Chattanooga the day before for Stampin' Up! Half-Day Regional Conference, everything was planned down to the MINUTE in order to get everything done. :)
The little box in the bottom right corner was the table favor; I do a different one each year, and the hostesses get a copy of the template to take home.
We do two projects, also, at each Hostess Appreciation Luncheon; one is for organization of some type. The flip book on the top left corner is a Punch Template Book - I made the curly labels with MY DIGITAL STUDIO, and we punched them out with the punch! We punched all 42 punches, and put labels with them. That way, if there's a certain project someone wants to do, they can see if they have the punch and if it will fit the project.
The second project I will blog tomorrow. :) It was a lot of fun, and very quick and easy.
I think everyone had a good time; I appreciated the time to chat with everyone, even though I was extremely tired! LOL!
I hope you'll talk to me about hosting your party soon; don't forget that Sale-a-Bration is coming up right after the holidays, and there's never a better time to host!!!
Have a WONDERFUL day, and be SURE to take the time to STAMP SOMETHING - I am!! :D

Is it really Thursday already?
Wow. The week is FLYING by. I'm so glad you stopped by - think about leaving me a comment, would you? I feel like I'm talking to air again. :D
OK! Today's sample is from last month's Christmas Card Class Trio!
Card stock: Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Melon Mambo
Ink: Bashful Blue
Stamp set: Christmas Punch, Many Merry Messages (inside)
Accessories: Big Shot (:D You know what to say; say it with me: I LOVE MY BIG SHOT!), snowflake die, Dazzling Diamonds Stampin' Glitter, ticket corner punch, dimensionals, silver elastic cord, packing tape
This is really sparkly in real life, VERY pretty! I think the consensus was that you'd have to REALLY like the person to give them this card, however, because of making the glitter window. :D
OK, I'm off! I hope you're having a wonderful week - and making SURE to take the time to STAMP SOMETHING!

Happy Wednesday!
It's the middle of the week already! Can you believe it? I hope you're having a great day - and enjoying your November. Where DOES the time go???
Just so you know, if I get a little shorter in posting for a bit, it's because we're having TONS of people for Thanksgiving, and four days after they leave, some of our best friends will be here - and they'll be here during the Christmas Open House, so those of you who get to come will also get to meet them! THEN, my sister and BIL will be here for Christmas! It's going to be a BUSY holiday season in REAL life - but I'm still planning on being with YOU, because you're WONDERFUL, too! :D
On with the show. :D This is from our Christmas Stamp Camp last month.
Don't forget! You can click on any picture to make it bigger! :) This is an ornament we made using the Treat Cups. They're fun to work with!
Card stock: Whisper White
Ink: Jet Black Stazon
Stamp set: The More the Merrier (Level 3 hostess-only set!)
Accessories: Silver elastic cord, assorted Stampin' Write markers, TWO Treat Cups (it's double-sided!), a box of snowflake, star, and 3D snowflake glitter I found at a garage sale, Tombow Multi adhesive.
SO cute, so easy, and FUN. :) I hope you enjoy it! Now, GO. Make the time to STAMP SOMETHING! :D

What a GLORIOUS day!
Can you believe how beautiful it is? Even if the weather's a bit gloomy wherever you are, I bet it's beautiful! :D
This week's postings will be a little shorter than usual (I think); I'm getting them all ready at the beginning of the week, so I don't have to worry about getting them up while I'm out of town. I'm really planning on relaxing! (That is, if I can figure out what that means....:D)
So! On with the show! Today's sample is from October's scrapbooking class - and it's perfect for this time of year.
You thought I meant CHRISTMAS, didn't you. :D Not this time! I meant FALL. I'm sure we all have photos that don't really have much of a theme, but they're shots you love. Try this kind of approach - you can mat or not, crop or not - anything goes!
Card stock: Sahara Sand, Basic Black, Whisper White
Ink: Sahara Sand, Real Red, Real Red Craft
Stamp sets: Autumn Splendor, Autumn Days
Accessories: Vanilla Hodgepodge Hardware, clear embossing powder, heat tool
See? Super-simple, and super cute. :D
OK, I'm off! I'm probably NOT stampin' something at this moment, but I MIGHT be thinking about it! :D So, YOU make sure to STAMP SOMETHING!! :D

Challenge for Late Night Stampers!
Good Monday morning! Did you have a good weekend? Are you ready for this week? Me, either. LOL! But GOD is good - so let's get to STAMPIN'!
The group Late Night Stampers does weekly challenges, among other things. Last week, the challenge was to use your favorite candy bar as inspiration for your project. Favorite? You gotta be KIDDING - my fave changes with my mood! :D But I do have a soft spot for TWIX - so that's what I chose.
Card stock: Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Real Red, Brushed Gold
Ink: Encore Gold, Chocolate Chip (inside)
Stamp sets: Christ is Born, Many Merry Messages (inside)
Accessories: Big Shot - I LOVE MY BIG SHOT!!!!!!!!!!! :D, Petals-a-Plenty Texturz embossing folder, ticket corner punch, dimensionals, gold embossing powder, embossing buddy, heat tool
This card goes together QUICKLY - the longest time involved is waiting for the heat tool to melt all the embossing powder! I LOVE the Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder; it's SO pretty! I've got lots of things to show you with it in the next few weeks - it's ONLY available in the Holiday Mini, so grab yours before the end of the year!
OK, I'm off - trying to get everything done in the next 36 hours, so I can go to Chattanooga with a certain hunk.... :D Have a wonderful day! Don't forget to take the time to STAMP SOMETHING!
