Welcome to the the JULY layout!

I think you'll like this one. :D Short and sweet - and we'll get through these pages soon, I promise. :D

I've received my first birthday card for the challenge! I'm so excited to see what YOU are going to send - and just email me for my address, or you can email me a picture, if you wish. But it IS my birthday.... :D

Isn't this awesome??? Whisper White and Real Red card stocks compliment the Night of Navy ink we used with the Red, White, & Blue Jumbo Stampin' Around wheel from the Summer Mini. SUPER fast and easy!

Speaking of ink. :D The re-inkers for the retired colors are going FAST - I had to let a customer know last night that I couldn't get everything she wanted! If you want something from the retired accessories, PLEASE place your order at my business site - just click ORDER NOW at the top right! I want you to get what you want - and I can't WAIT to start showing you new things from the new Idea Book & Catalog. :) Open House is on July 3 - be SURE to come!

OK, I'm off - Birthday Quick Card Class tonight, and we're going to have a blast! :D Have a wonderful day, and be SURE to take the time to STAMP something!

Continuing with the scrapbook layouts! :)

Today will conclude the single page layouts; tomorrow, we'll start with the doubles!

Don't forget to enter the FOURTH ANNUAL BIRTHDAY CARD CONTEST I posted yesterday!
This is the last page of the album; we used the TAILOR MADE Simply Scrappin' Kit for this, and it went together in MOMENTS. Sorry the color's a bit off; the background card stock is Sahara Sand.

Simply Scrappin' Kits are just that: made to make scrappin' SIMPLE. You can dress it up or not - but it will take such a SMALL amount of time to do your scrapping with the kits!

OK, here's one of my favorite pages. :) It's September!

Again, SUPER simple - but how CUTE, huh! :)

We embossed the apples from TART & TANGY on More Mustard card stock; the apples are made with the Round Tab Punch and a Chocolate Chip Stampin' Write Marker was all we used to freehand the apple seeds!

I hope you've enjoyed the single-page layouts; as I've been telling you, the whole thing was designed to finish QUICKLY. More embellishing is always possible, but not necessary! :)

OK, I'm off! Come back tomorrow for the beginning of the double pages! And PLEASE, take the time to STAMP something - maybe an entry for the card contest? :)

Surprise! :D

Thought you'd catch me sleeping, right? Actually, I wish I was. Kenn's working a super-long day today, and working from morning tomorrow to morning Saturday. And MY schedule's busy tomorrow, too, so I thought I'd take this quiet moment to go ahead and do Friday's post for you. :)

Continuing with our 6x6 layouts. I really love February's! (Appropriate, right? :D)

Yes, that's texturz plating on the Real Red background! Pretty, huh! A simple full heart punch from the BRIDE SPECIALTY DSP and the month round out the page. SUPER easy!

(Please note: if you're just tuning in to these scrapbook pages, please scroll down for the basic info from the start of the book! :) )

We only did frames or matting on I think ONE of the layouts; that way, if we had multiple smaller photos to put down, we weren't SET in the way the page HAS to lay out.

Here's March - again, SUPER simple!

Texture is the fastest way to get a page FILLED. We used the crimper on the Green Galore strip, fastened it to the Gable Green Background, and punched the Glorious Green shamrock with one of the hearts from the hearts trio punch. Again, how EASY can I make it?!?!? :D It's a fresh page, and easy to dress up if you wanna!

OK, I'm off. Last Friday of teaching, for a while, at least. :) Much to do afterward!!!

Have a WONDERFUL Memorial Day weekend, dear ones! Monday SHOULD be April and August, I think. :)

Now, then. Be SURE to enjoy your family and friends, be thankful for those who defend our country and our freedoms - and take the time to STAMP something! :)

I did promise, and here I am! :D

So! We did a class and did a 20-page 6x6 album that covered a year. I'm going to start showing you that album; when the month is a one page piece, I'll show you TWO. Where it's a two-page layout, I'll show you one month. :) Deal?

Here's the first one: the title page. Now, remember: you can always dress it up, but we did this album in EXACTLY 2.5 hours!

We used Sahara Sand ink and card stock; the months are the FULL CALENDAR stamp set - and they and the modern label punch are the consistent pieces on the book. The DSP is from ISLAND OASIS (Summer Mini).

Here's JANUARY!

Whisper White and Bashful Blue make this page cool and crisp, just like a wintery day! :) The stamp is from the level 2 hostess set, CHRISTMAS PUNCH - only available for another month, y'all!!!!! The "January" is stamped with Not Quite Navy. Quick, simple page - but definitely ready for one or several photos!

OK, I'm off. Tonight is the awards night and fine arts display for our school, and Kenn's working - so I get to "represent". :D Tomorrow morning, I'll be off to take photos for them of their last day. And if I get WET, someone's gonna HEAR about it!!!!

Have a wonderful day - and be SURE to take the time to STAMP something!!

Wednesday, March 10, 2010

OK, OK!!

LIFE! :) Can someone stop the world from spinning for just a bit? I need a break! LOL!

I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to post yesterday - it was just one of THOSE days. So, to make up for it, I'll post all four of the layouts from last month's scrapbooking class. Will that put me back in your good graces? :D Part of it's been not being able to find the surfaces necessary to take photos - what a MESS around here! I'm working on it, however. :D

I'm also going to apologize right now for my scanner. If someone wants to bless me with a GOOD all-in-one, I'd be so grateful! LOL!!!!!!!! The scanner bed is 11.68 inches - so it cuts off 12"-long items. And let's not talk about anything wide.... :D SORRY!!!!!

Here's the first one!

Isn't it FUN? That paper pack is the FREE one you can get with Sale-a-bration going on; it's ONLY through the end of the month, so I'd be SURE to place your order now, or book your party in the next week or so!!! With every $50 you purchase, you get something awesome for FREE - and if you are the hostess, for every $300 your party hits, you get another FREE item! That's on TOP of the already awesome benefits! :D

Anyway. The only other products we used were Bermuda Bay and Whisper White card stocks, SU! Timeless Type Alpha Sizzlits Dies, and a 2-way glue pen. Fast, easy, and so cute!

Next!

Again, super-simple, cute, and will give those special photos a real boost! That's the BRIDE Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP). We also used a brayer, Real Red ink, Frost White Shimmer Paint, large heart punch, Real Red and Basic Black card stocks, and dimensionals.

The third one!

How SIMPLE is this? But it's REALLY cute in person - and SO simple! Another with no ink! :D Just Rich Razzleberry and Very Vanilla card stocks, Razzleberry Lemonade DSP, vanilla Hodgepodge Hardware, and the scallop square die and scallop oval punch. I'm thinking little girl's tea party photos, or Easter dress, or or or!

Final one - and it was a LOT of fun, but the most work of the night! :D

SO fun to do! Let's see. We used Not Quite Navy, Blush Blossom, and Very Vanilla card stocks. We used Night of Navy, Not Quite Navy, Whisper White, Creamy Caramel, and Blush Blossom ink. We used the eyelet border punch, the crimper, the SU! Backgrounds 1 Texturz Plates, and the Petal Card Die. There's a pocket behind that heart, for extra pictures OR journaling, and we used the Heart to Heart punch to make the pull for it.

So, there you go! Lots of ideas that will transfer to cards, or grow for larger scrapbooking ideas - or maybe it's a color combo that you want to do some home decor items with. Whatever it is, I hope you got inspired today! :D

Have a WONDERFUL day - and be SURE to take the time to STAMP something!!!!!!!!!!!

Monday, November 30, 2009

Good grief!! :D

I can't believe how time flies when you have entirely too much to do. LOL! Here it is, Monday morning after a holiday, and my week is totally snowballing - I'm baking all day today and tomorrow, friends arrive Wednesday, and the Christmas Open House is Sunday!!! If you're in the Middle Tennessee area, I really hope you'll stop by. It's Sunday afternoon, from 3-5 - it's a just-drop-in kind of thing. Most of our friends make it a must-do annual event now. :D COME HUNGRY. :D

OK. Today's show is from October's Scrapbooking class!

I hate my scanner, but there you go. :::sigh::: Anyway; the Real Red border does, indeed, finish off the right-hand side as well. :)

Card stock: Real Red, Whisper White

Stamp set: Christmas Punch (Level 2 hostess-only stamp set! Book your party, or place your BIG order today! :D There are some great specials....)

Accessories: Soft Suede Stampin' Write Marker, large oval punch, dimensionals, paper snips, Cocoa Specialty Paper

Using a specialty DSP like this one makes pages SO easy - this is a 6"x6" layout, so I cut my 12" square into four pieces, and used the big flocked medallion as one of the pages. I think it's BEAUTIFUL! :D

OK, I'm off to finishe the batch of chocolate chip cookies I just started and walked away from. :D Have a wonderful day - and be SURE to take the time to stamp something! :D

Last scrapbook layout!

Here's the last layout from last week's class for you! Isn't it fresh? SUPER-SIMPLE, y'all! And have I mentioned latel, I LOVE MY BIG SHOT??? :D

The photo mats are the Top Note die (Stampin' Up! exclusive, you know!). The Summer Sun pages are done with the Stampin' Up! exclusive Texturz plates, then LIGHTLY brayered with some white craft ink (something I learned from Technique Junkies called CUTTLEBUG HIGHLIGHT). The daisies are scallop circle punches with each petal cut in toward the center. The centers are 1/2" circle punches, and the daisies are mounted with dimensionals. :) The journaling "box" is the key tag punch.See? Super easy, super fast, and super cute! To put the pictures on these mats, I'd cut them with the die, and then use paper snips to cut the pix on the dotted lines; there will be a 1/8" mat of the whisper white all around them!

SO. Have you purchased your Big Shot yet? If not, CLICK HERE and click the SHOP NOW button at the top! Get your Big Shot - I recommend the starter kit!! - and then you'll earn hostess benefits AND SAB freebies. There will never be a better time than during Sale-A-Bration to purchase!!!!! If you have any questions, PLEASE don't hesitate to email me!

Have a WONDERFUL day!!! :)

Two for One!!!!

Good Monday Morning! :) How ARE you today???? Did you have a wonderful weekend? I have so many things to post for you, I was going to double up and give you two projects today for the price of one - but Blogger's not having any of it. :D So, you'll just have to stay tuned in for tomorrow's installment!

SO. Today is number two of four layouts; it was the first one I designed, and its simplicity is part of its charm, don't you think? :D

Why, YES, I DID use my Big Shot for this! :D Again, not a single stamp was inked in the making of this layout!

Pink Pirouette Big Shot scallop circles are the mats for the pictures; That's Regal Rose card stock matting the DSP strips; the designer series paper is from the Hostess Paper Pack #2 that's ONLY available by having a $150 workshop OR placing that order yourself! (GET A BIG SHOT! I'm telling you, you'll LOVE it!!!) That butterfly (wasn't I clever to use lined DSP for a journaling box???) was also cut with the Big Shot, this time with the exclusive Beautiful Butterflies die. And everything's on a beautiful background of Chocolate Chip.

Oh, YEA! I got the second one to load up for you! You'll see why I wanted to double with this one; it's another super-simple layout, and I'm saving the big splash for the final reveal. :D

This is one of my favorite color combinations: Mellow Moss, Very Vanilla, and Always Artichoke. There's just something very restful about this combination - and I think it's great for men OR women!

Just a couple more things to tell you, and you'll have all the info you need to re-create this page at home! That is a new Jumbo Stampin' Around Wheel called FRIENDLY WORDS. It's rolled with Mellow Moss ink on the Mellow Moss card stock. The "wonderful you" is from the stamp set called - fancy this! - WONDERFUL YOU. :D It's stamped in Always Artichoke on Very Vanilla, then punched out with the word window punch; I ran the edges through the ink pad to get a little definition, and then put it on the page with dimensionals. I didn't use mats because pictures of friends can be all different sizes and colors, and we all have matting card stock. :D

OK! I'm outta here! :D Time to clean up my studio for tonight's class, the CHOCOLATE! Night! Wish you could be here - wait until you see the adorable projects we're making!!! :)

Seriously. Think about the Big Shot. You'll easily have your own workshop order, can get that paper pack for free, and more merchandise for free, too - and it's Sale-a-Bration, so you'd also earn LOTS of free SAB merchandise!! Just CLICK HERE and click on the SHOP NOW button at the top!!!

Other two layouts :)

Hi, everyone! So sorry - I wish one of you could come be my assistant for a couple of days. I'm so worn out - and not done yet! LOL!

Here are those other two layouts. I'm going to make these posts short and sweet, so I can at least share with you SOMETHING!!!

Colors are Not Quite Navy, Whisper White. Of course, I used the ticket corner punch; the snowflakes are some Sizzlets dies cut with my Big Shot, and there's a crystal from the inside of a clear rhinestone brad from a Pretties Kit adhered to the center of each snowflake with our Tombow Multi Adhesive.

This layout was done with lots of punches and the Coluzzle! The colors are Almost Amethyst, Lovely Lilac, and Elegant Eggplant. We used the Coluzzle to cut out the photo mats. The edges (both sides, but you can't see the left-hand edge. Dumb scanner!) were done with the scallop edge punch. The small ovals are oval punches. We used three different sized handheld punches to create the border strips. It was simple and fun!

OK, got to run again - miles to go before I'm done! :D Have a WONDERFUL day - and please, take the time to stamp SOMEthing - I'm feeling like I'm doing it all by myself! :D

A couple more scrapbook layouts from last month!

Good Friday afternoon! :) I wanted to post SOMETHING, so here you go. :D I'm working on Kenn's anniversary card for Sunday, but obviously I don't want to post it where he might stumble across it. :D SO, lucky YOU, get to see the final two 6x6 scrapbook layouts from August's class! :D

The first one is done on Going Gray card stock, which is ONLY available in assorted packs anymore. For THIS layout, I liked it better than our Basic Gray, but overall, I do like Basic better. :D

Anyway. Obviously, there's NO stamping on this layout! It's all Coluzzle and punch work. :D Oh, and some cutting. :D That's designer series paper from Summer Picnic, the only color on the page. :D The tiny circles are all punched, and the larger picture mats are cut with the Coluzzle. SUPER simple!

Here's the second one!

I'll admit, this was my favorite for the class. :) It's just SUMMERY!
That's Green Galore, YoYo Yellow, and Only Orange as colors - with a punch of Whisper White added in. :) The lime is from TART & TANGY. This one used square punches and the ticket corner punch. :) We embossed the Whisper White to make "tiles" out of the squares; once stamped, we squished the whole thing into a Versamark pad, and then into Glassy Glaze embossing powder. Heat it up, and Voila! it's beautiful and smooth! :D
Have a WONDERFUL weekend!!!! Take a bit of time to stamp something, but enjoy your loved ones - or your peace and quiet, whichever one you get this weekend! :D

Good morning!

How are you doing today???? Are you having a fantastic day? I hope so; it's a beautiful, COOL June morning here in middle Tennessee. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and the birthday cards keep rolling in! It's GREAT!! :D If you'd like to participate in the ANNUAL BIRTHDAY CHALLENGE, please go HERE to read the details. It's still not too late - and the variety of cards I'm getting is awesome!!!

If you'd like to read my personal blog about how I celebrated my birthday this year, go HERE - I'll keep updating it as I get a chance. :D

Now, then. What to share with you....

The Spring/Summer Retired List is out!!!!!! Go HERE and click on either the alphabetical list, or the order number list, to see which of the stamps on your wish list are about to say ADIOS! If you've been on the fence about a certain set, why you might want to have it, please let me know - I'll see what I can show you! :D

Stampin' Up!® has just announced a whole new product line, DECOR ELEMENTS. They're vinyl clings, with Stampin' Up!®'s artwork. sized for walls. They're AWESOME - and will be available for purchasing on JULY 1!!!! I'm ordering brochures; if you want to get one, please email me at Poohisstampin@aol.com. You won't want to miss these!

This is a sample from last month's scrapbooking class. I REALLY love this color combo - doesn't it remind you of Disney? :D Colors are Whisper White, Real Red, and Basic Black. That's the SPOT ON jumbo Stampin' Around wheel embossed in white. Now, all I need to do is get busy planning THIS month's class! :D

I'm gonna run - I have more blogging to do on my other site, and a few classes to plan, an order for the new DECOR ELEMENTS to put together - busy, busy! But I'm DEFINITELY going to take the time to stamp something today. Are YOU? :D

Another 6x6 layout for you!

Good morning!!! It's so good to be getting back into the groove of things! I'm working hard on a tutorial CD to offer you, so be watching for that announcement! :)

This is the second of the three layouts from the scrapbooking class a week ago. (WOAH! Was that JUST a week ago?!?!?) I REALLY like this layout; it's a very fresh retro look, don't you think? We cut the big circles from Regal Rose with the Coluzzle, then punched the little ones out with the 1-3/8" circle punch from Regal Rose and Pretty in Pink. The striped designer paper is from the Level 1 hostess selection paper pack - I LOVE that paper pack!!!!! It's all put on Gable Green card stock for a background.

Simple, fresh, and easy. What more could you ask in a layout???? :D I think black and white photos, especially, would look awesome on this!!

OK, off to work - yes, I'm stampin'!! Are YOU?? Please, take the time to STAMP something!!! :) Talk at you again soon!!!

Another 12x12 layout!

Good morning! :) I don't know where YOU are, but it's absolutely beautiful here today. Sunny and bright, the birds and squirrels are busy in the backyard, and I'm trying to get all caught up. :D
I wanted to share another layout from my scrapbooking class with you! This one is done with the INFINITE GOODNESS stamp set, a level 2 hostess set from the Spring/Summer Idea Book & Catalog.
The colors are Brocade Blue, Always Artichoke, So Saffron, and Very Vanilla. We sponged the background card stock with Brocade Blue ink, to give it some texture. The tag images are stamped by coloring the stamp itself with Stampin' Write markers, and stamping them on So Saffron. The edges of those images are torn, then inked with Always Artichoke. They were simple to make, but I love the colors. Also, the tags wouldn't need to have the images if you didn't want them to - they could be journaling tags. OR, you could make the tags so they opened like a book, and use them for journaling that way.
Many requests for that purse gift card information! I don't have the dimensions or anything for anyone; I'm going to put a class together, so when I do that, I'll have a tutorial to give you. :)
OK, gotta run - miles to go before I'm ready to have fun. :) Have a WONDERFUL day - and be SURE to take the time to STAMP something!!!! I am! :D

More scrapbooking!

Hi! :) How ARE you?? What are you stamping these days??

This is from the scrapbooking class last week, and these are 12x12 pages. This is probably my favorite layout from that one; I have Amy to thank for loaning me her CARTE POSTALE set that this is done with. :) She loves fleur de lis, and so she inspired this layout. :)

The colors are Taken With Teal, Basic Black, and Whisper White. The fleur de lis are embossed with white craft ink and white EP. We dragged a Taken With Teal ink pad along the base card stock to give it some texture. So, what do you think??

ARE YOU STAMPING???? Are you OUT there? LOL!! I'm still waiting for the counter to hit 10,000 for the next giveaway! :) I'd love to hear from you; what are you making? How are you blessing other people with what you're doing?

OK! Time to start winding down. Please, take the time to STAMP something! :) God bless you!

On the fly!

Hi, everyone!!!! I'm going on a stamping retreat this weekend with the Tennessee Stampers group - thanks to Becky P. - so I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off!!!!
Speaking of chickens....:) This two-page 6x6 layout was from this month's class. We had a lot of fun doing this one - although it's a little unorthodox for most people! :D We used Earth Elements Stampin' Spots to do the background. The turkey is almost all made of punches - except for the wattle (is that right? No time to look it up!!!) and the beak - and the only other stamping is the "Happy Thanksgiving" in the corner. The base is Very Vanilla, and the photo matting is Close to Cocoa.
I'll try to post one more time in the morning before I take off!! If I don't, have a WONDERFUL weekend, keep entering for Greg's CD, and TAKE TIME TO STAMP SOMETHING - and share it with someone else.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BLESSING THIS MOM!

Hi, everyone! Yesterday was the day they presented "Angell" with the layouts we sent her. Today's post is from the coordinator of the project, Tammey - I'm going to let her words tell you how it all went.....
Angell was surprised, amazed and soooo moved. We had the layouts, a small cake that said Amazing Angels on it, and some snack food there. Angell arrived early (yikes! lol) so we weren't as prepared as we had hoped to be. When she came in she was looking for a place to set her stuff, but ladies... we had taken ALL of the tables!!! Jess got the camera ready and was photographer for today.
I looked Angell in the eyes and told her how much all of us loved her and how special she was to everyone one of us. I then swept my arm wide and said, all of these layouts are hugs from all over and they are all for you. Her mouth dropped open and she just stared. I told her that our group was so concerned for her health and we really wanted to help her. I said that we had mentioned to a few friends that we had a very dear friend in need and the world responded and that with the layouts comes hundreds of prayers. I let her know that not only was her little scrapbooking group behind her, but that we were ALL behind her. She cried and laughed and cried some more. She was confused and thrilled. All of this she squeeked... all of this is for me?
She is the one that gives. She takes care of everyone else. She is very independent and very caring and puts everyone else first. Oh ladies, I wish you could have been there as she sat down and paged through every single layout!!! She touched each one and was moved by every single one. Angell loved every layout and was moved by each one. She found beauty in every single one. She sorted through them and we helped her put the groups into boxes. That one is all boys... oh she can't wait to do them! That box was for the girls. Her youngest got her very first barbie and there was a Barbie layout just perfect for those birthday photos! There were very, very special layouts for her to journal to her children. She cried and hugged those to her chest. She is going to do them first. She was so moved at the thoughtfulness of those specially worded layouts for her to journal her love to her children, her hopes and dreams, and her favorite things about them.
She was so touched that someone clear from Puerto Rico had thought she was important enough to send layouts to, and such beautiful ones. She touched the acrylic album with awe and wonder. None of use had ever seen one before, and here was one in her hands just for her. I sit here typing this with tears of joy and sadness running down my cheeks. She marveled at the Stampin Up layouts, several had stamps she had been in love with for a while. She laughed at the little girl layouts that said rough and tumble and forget the sugar and spice lol Her daughter is a little tomboy and she couldn't wait to use them for her photos. She cried at the Christmas layouts and whispered to me... I'll be able to do their Christmas photos now and just grinned with tears in her eyes.
She said it was like all of you knew her and knew just what to send! Layout after layout she named the exact right photos for that page!! She marveled at the sports pages, zoo pages, and birthday pages!! She was thrilled with the family pages! She was also able to put aside more than enough beautiful layouts perfect for a BOM album and she told all of us that she just knew she would be able to get that done now!
I want all of you to know that all of the layouts went to Angell, but some of the blessing went to me too. I was just a messenger, but to watch her go through those layouts and to know the love behind them, that was an amazing experience for me. Angell lovingly packed them up and we hauled them out to her car. She could not wait to get home and get started. She hugged us all and then hugged us again. As we stood outside after loading everything in, Angell was talking to me and Jess and she absolutely radiated joy. Her laugh was full and so carefree. I haven't seen her like that in more than a year. It was beautiful.
She thanks each and every one of you from the bottom of her heart and so do Jess and I and the rest of the group. Thank you so much for your time, talent, supplies, prayers and love sent to our Angell. Jess will be the one uploading photographs, but I'm sure she will get to it as soon as she can. We piled up the boxes and got a great picture of them and an awesome photo of Angell and our group.
What a miracle I experienced today.
Thank you and God bless,Tammey Brown
Ladies, you NEVER KNOW when one of your cards or projects will make the difference in someone's life. I hope you'll take the time to STAMP SOMETHING today and then don't just let it sit around - RAK someone! Even if it's someone you don't know well at all - you will never know how much that one moment of kindness may touch his/her life.
HUGS to you all, dear readers! THANK YOU for blessing ME with your friendship!

Six-by-Six Class Was Great!

Good Saturday Morning! :) I wanted to share one of the samples from last Tuesday's Six-by-Six class. We did four different layouts, and this is one of them. We did two that were mostly background paper, and two that were mostly stamping - and this one was more stamping. :) We rolled the Rose Red card stock with the Basics Outline Jumbo Stampin' Around Wheel inked with Versamark, then embossed with clear EP. The small squares are punched from Very Vanilla and Always Artichoke, and the large mat is also done with these colors. The envelope is made from Certainly Celery Designer Series Paper, and we used the Mini Envelope Template to make, obviously, the envelope. :D We used the Tag Corner Punch on the insert in the envelope, and used Vanilla Taffeta Ribbon for it. As a final touch, we stamped the outline of the flower in Rose Red and the outline of the leaves in Always Artichoke, then cut out and placed at the corner with Dimensionals.
Honestly? I think it took longer to TYPE that all out than to actually DO it. :D It was easy, and I think it's really pretty.
OK, I've got to go grocery shopping now. :) Have a wonderful day - and don't forget to make the time to STAMP something!!!!
